Overview

The Anker SOLIX C2000 Gen 2 Portable Power Station (2048Wh, 2400W) keeps appliances, tools and camera gear running away from the mains, on location, at camp or through a power cut. Its 2,048 Wh LFP battery delivers 2,400 W continuously with a 4,000 W peak, enough for several appliances at once. At 18.9 kg, Anker says it is 25% lighter and 29% smaller than similar stations.

It recharges fully in 58 minutes from AC and solar together, and can also charge from your vehicle's alternator. Four AC outlets plus fast USB-C ports cover laptops, lights and phones, an expansion battery takes it to 4 kWh for longer runtimes, and the long-life battery doubles as a UPS. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connect it to Anker's app, so you can monitor and control it from your phone.

High Power Output

The rated 2,400 W output runs several devices at the same time, and the 4,000 W surge handles appliances with a big start-up draw. That makes it a genuine power source for a location shoot or a campsite, able to run lights, laptops and appliances together rather than just charging a phone.

Expandable Capacity

Standby draw is as low as 15 W, so on its own it can run a dual-door fridge for up to 32 hours. Add one expansion battery and capacity grows to 4 kWh, stretching that to around 64 hours, which is ideal for multi-day trips, longer outages and shoots far from mains power.

UPS Backup

Plugged in at home or in the studio, it works as a backup supply, switching over in under 10 ms when the power drops, so computers and other equipment keep running. The LFP battery is rated for 4,000 cycles, so it keeps doing that job, and powering your shoots and trips, through years of regular use.
